- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 8 to 10 pieces chicken (breasts, thighs, etc.), skinned
- Butter
Instructions
- Mix the flour and herbs in a small bowl. Coat each chicken piece with the mix and place into an oven proof casserole dish. Dot each piece with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 475 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover and cook 35 to 50 minutes longer until done.
