    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    • 1 (16 ounce) jar picante sauce
    • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    • Hot cooked rice, optional


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Place chicken in a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish.
    3. In a small bowl, combine picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard; pour over chicken.
    4. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
    5. Serve over rice, if desired.
