- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 (16 ounce) jar picante sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- Hot cooked rice, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place chicken in a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard; pour over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
- Serve over rice, if desired.
