Sesame Chicken With Sugar Snap Peas

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenderloins cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger root, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 pound sugar snap peas
- 1 teaspoon spicy sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat the wok over high heat.
- When wok is smoking hot, swirl in oil.
- Let oil settle, and stir in chicken.
- Stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Stir in ginger root and soy sauce.
- Cook, stirring, until chicken is cooked, about 5 minutes.
- Add peas, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
- Continue stir frying for 2 minutes.
- Remove and serve with cooked white rice.
- Yield: 4 servings
