    Sesame Chicken With Sugar Snap Peas

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound chicken tenderloins cut in 1/2 inch pieces
    • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
    • 1 tablespoon ginger root, finely grated
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 pound sugar snap peas
    • 1 teaspoon spicy sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


    Instructions


    1. Heat the wok over high heat.
    2. When wok is smoking hot, swirl in oil.
    3. Let oil settle, and stir in chicken.
    4. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
    5. Stir in ginger root and soy sauce.
    6. Cook, stirring, until chicken is cooked, about 5 minutes.
    7. Add peas, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
    8. Continue stir frying for 2 minutes.
    9. Remove and serve with cooked white rice.

    10. Yield: 4 servings
