    List of Ingredients


    • 18 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 cups milk
    • 3 cups vegetable oil
    • Seasoning Mix:
    • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons onion powder
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons rubbed sage
    • 1 teaspoon white pepper
    • 1 teaspoon thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


    Instructions


    1. In a small bowl, combine salt, onion powder, black pepper, rubbed sage, white pepper, thyme and garlic powder to make seasoning mix; mix well.
    2. Sprinkle seasoning mix on chicken and rub in.
    3. Seal in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.
    4. Remove chicken from refrigerator atleast 1 hour before cooking.
    5. PLace flour in a shallow pan; set aside.
    6. In a wide shallow bowl, beat eggs and milk; set aside.
    7. In a large deep skillet, heat oil to 375 degrees.
    8. Just before frying, dredge chicken in flour, shake off excess.
    9. Immediately place chicken in egg mixture and back into flour once again.
    10. Place in hot oil in a single layer and fry until crisp and golden brown before turning.
    11. Turn only once.
