Teriyaki Chicken

- 4 chicken breasts
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ceyenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar and spices in a shallow baking dish. Mix well.
- Pierce both sides of chicken breasts with a fork. Place in baking dish. Turn several times using tongs.
- Bake chicken, basting several times with sauce for 30 minutes.
- Serve over rice or chill and slice into thin strips for chicken salads or wraps.
- 4 servings at 5 points each.
