- 6 3 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (19 ounce) jars picante sauce (1 mild and 1 medium)
- 49 ounces chicken broth
- 48 ounces great northern beans
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Boil the chicken and shred the meat.
- Combine all ingredients in a large pan.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Simmer longer if you want the soup to cook down a bit.
- 15 1 cup servings at 2 points each.
