    • 6 3 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 2 (19 ounce) jars picante sauce (1 mild and 1 medium)
    • 49 ounces chicken broth
    • 48 ounces great northern beans
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


    Instructions


    1. Boil the chicken and shred the meat.
    2. Combine all ingredients in a large pan.
    3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
    4. Simmer longer if you want the soup to cook down a bit.
    5. 15 1 cup servings at 2 points each.
