    Zesty Chicken Breasts

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Tyson boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • Sauce:
    • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
    • 1/3 cup water
    • 1 tablespoon margarine
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper


    Instructions


    1. Preheat grill or broiler. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, margarine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper; bring to boiling.

    2. To grill: Place breasts over heated coals or on a heated grill. Brush with half of sauce; grill for 8 minutes. Turn over and baste with remaining sauce. Grill 7 to 8 minutes longer or until done.

    3. To broil: Place breasts on rack in broiler pan. Brush with half of sauce; broil about 6 inches from heat source for 8 minutes. Turn over and baste with remaining sauce. broil 8 to 9 minutes longer or until done.

    4. Serves 4
