Zesty Chicken Breasts

- 4 Tyson boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Sauce:
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill or broiler. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, margarine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper; bring to boiling.
- To grill: Place breasts over heated coals or on a heated grill. Brush with half of sauce; grill for 8 minutes. Turn over and baste with remaining sauce. Grill 7 to 8 minutes longer or until done.
- To broil: Place breasts on rack in broiler pan. Brush with half of sauce; broil about 6 inches from heat source for 8 minutes. Turn over and baste with remaining sauce. broil 8 to 9 minutes longer or until done.
