    4 or 5 chicken breast
    1 medium onion, quartered
    2 tablespoons cooking wine
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Place 1-1/2 cups water in pressure pan; arrange chicken and onion in pan. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Yield: 4-5 servings.
