Pressure Cooker Beef Stew

- 1 pound stew beef
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup tomato juice or V8 juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 cups potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Dredge cut meat in flour and brown in oil. Add onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir and pressure cook for 15 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, 1/2 teaspoon salt, worcestershire sauce and water. Pressure cook 15 minutes. Thicken sauce and serve.
