10 Minute Cheesy Mexican Rice

- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken broth (1 1/3 cups)
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups minute rice
- 4 ounces velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Mix broth and salsa in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and Velveeta. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until Velveeta is melted.
