Parmesan Rice

List of Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2/3 cup long grain white rice
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 of an onion, minced
Instructions
- Melt margarine over medium heat. Add rice, garlic and onion and cook until rice is golden brown. Remove from heat.
- Add broth, cheese, parsley salt and pepper. Place in a casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Stir half way through cooking.
- Try adding a little cooked, cubed chicken.
