    Buffalo Chicken Macaroni Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups cooked elbox macaroni, rinsed, drained and chilled
    • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 1/2 cups diced, cooked chicken breast (8 ounces)
    • 1/2 cup chopped celery
    • 1 cup diced tomatoes


    Instructions


    1. Cook and drain macaroni; chill. Mix dressing, mayonnaise, Tabasco and paprika. Add chicken, celery and macaroni. Mix well. Stir in tomatoes. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
    2. 1 1/3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni usually results in about 2 cups cooked.
