Buffalo Chicken Macaroni Salad

- 2 cups cooked elbox macaroni, rinsed, drained and chilled
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 cups diced, cooked chicken breast (8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Cook and drain macaroni; chill. Mix dressing, mayonnaise, Tabasco and paprika. Add chicken, celery and macaroni. Mix well. Stir in tomatoes. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
- 1 1/3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni usually results in about 2 cups cooked.
