    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
    • 1 cup chopped granny smith apple
    • 1/2 cup chopped celery
    • 1/4 cup raisins of fresh grapes cut in half
    • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
    • 1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon reduced fat sour cream
    • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    2. Combine mayonnaise and remaining 5 ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.
    3. Add mayonnaise mixture to chicken mixture, tossing well to coat.
    4. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings at 207 calories each.
