Chicken Apple Salad

- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup chopped granny smith apple
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup raisins of fresh grapes cut in half
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon reduced fat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise and remaining 5 ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to chicken mixture, tossing well to coat.
- Makes 4 (1 cup) servings at 207 calories each.
