    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 ounce) can 98% fat free chicken
    • 1/2 cup chopped celery
    • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
    • 1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup chopped grapes or apples
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Crumble chicken into small pieces.
    2. Combine all ingredients.
    3. Let chill for an hour or so.
    4. Makes 4 servings at 2 points each.
