    Cucumber And Sour Cream Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 English cucumber, very thinly sliced
    • Salt, enough to coat the cucumber slices
    • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon of sugar
    • 4 tablespoons of sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle cucumber slices with plenty of salt and mix around. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then take out and place the cucumber slices into a colander, then press down to get all of the liquid out (you may even use paper towels to soak up the rest of the liquid). Mix the vinegar with the sugar and sour cream. Pour over cucumber slices and mix very well. Mix to the point where the mixture bubbles a little. Now it is ready to eat or you can place it in the refrigerator and eat it later.
