Mayo Free Potato Salad

- 5 pounds red skinned potatoes
- 1 large bottle Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 3 to 5 green onions
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Clean and pare the potatoes into bite sized quarters, do not peel. Boil until just tender. Drain and cool thoroughly. Set aside. Combine chilled ranch dressing with cooked, crumbled bacon. Cut green onion tops very thin and add to dressing mixture. You can also cut and add onions themselves if you like onions. Combine with the cooled potatoes. Chill until served.
