Southern Tater Salad

List of Ingredients
- 5 pounds potatoes, cooked, diced and drained, let cool
- 4 to 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup original dill pickles, diced
- Mayonnaise Mixture:
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup pickle juice
Instructions
- Chop up eggs, add salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Mix all the potato ingredients together in a large bowl. Put all of the mayonnaise ingredients in a shaker and mix up until smooth consistency. Pour over potato mixture, toss up and serve cold.
