- 3 eggs, hard cooked, chopped
- 3 tablespoons salad dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 8 slices bread, toasted
Instructions
- Mash eggs with fork in small bowl. Add salad dressing and onion powder. Stir. Add bacon. Stir until well combined. Divide and spread filling evenly on 4 bread slices. Top with remaining 4 bread slices.
