    • 3 eggs, hard cooked, chopped
    • 3 tablespoons salad dressing
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    • 8 slices bread, toasted


    Instructions


    1. Mash eggs with fork in small bowl. Add salad dressing and onion powder. Stir. Add bacon. Stir until well combined. Divide and spread filling evenly on 4 bread slices. Top with remaining 4 bread slices.
