Fruited Chicken Salad Pitas

- 1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped pecans toasted
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 6 small green leaf lettuce leaves
- 3 (6 inch) whole wheat pita bread rounds cut in half crosswise
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well.
- Gently stir in oranges.
- Place 1 lettuce leaf in each pita pocket half.
- Spoon 3/4 cup chicken salad into each pita half.
- Yield: 6 servings at 208 calories each.
Serving Size: 1 pita half
