    Grilled Chicken Pita Pizza

    • 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 2 cups healthy choice traditional or garlic lover's pasta sauce
    • 4 whole wheat pitas
    • 4 tablespoons light parmesan cheese
    • oregano to taste
    • paprika to taste
    • nonstick cooking spray


    Instructions


    1. Spray grilling surface with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and oregano and cut into thin slices.
    3. Grill sliced chicken just until cooked completely through.
    4. Cover pitas with pasta sauce, chicken, oregano to taste and parmesan cheese.
    5. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes, or until crispy.
    6. 4 points per serving.
