- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups healthy choice traditional or garlic lover's pasta sauce
- 4 whole wheat pitas
- 4 tablespoons light parmesan cheese
- oregano to taste
- paprika to taste
- nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray grilling surface with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle chicken with paprika and oregano and cut into thin slices.
- Grill sliced chicken just until cooked completely through.
- Cover pitas with pasta sauce, chicken, oregano to taste and parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes, or until crispy.
- 4 points per serving.
