    List of Ingredients




    2-3 lbs stew beef

    4 medium potatoes

    � small package of baby carrots

    1 package of frozen lima beans

    1 package of frozen corn

    1 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1/3 cup of water

    2 pints of salsa

    One 46 ounce can of V8 juice

    4 tablespoons corn starch dissolved in part of V8 juice

    Salt & pepper to taste

    3 hrs @ 400 degrees
