    • 1 medium onion
    • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
    • 1 can fat free chicken broth
    • 1 can fat free beef broth
    • 1 can healthy request cream of chicken soup
    • 1 can rotel tomatoes
    • 3 1/2 cups water
    • 5 ounces chicken cooked (canned or fresh)
    • 1 tablespoon steak sauce (A1 or Heinz 57)
    • 7 ounces diced green chilies
    • 2 teaspoons chili powder
    • 2 teaspoons cumin
    • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • 8 corn tortillas cut up
    • 13 ounces velveeta lite grated


    Instructions


    1. In a dutch oven, saute onions and garlic until soft.
    2. Add chicken broth, beef broth, cream of chicken soup, rotel tomatoes, water, chicken, steak sauce, chilies, chili powder, cumin, worcestershire sauce and pepper.
    3. Simmer for 1 hour.
    4. Turn off heat and add cut corn tortilla and grated cheese.
    5. Stir until cheese is melted.
    6. Let sit a little to marinate.
    7. 8 1 cup servings at 4 points each.
