Enchilada Soup

List of Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 can fat free chicken broth
- 1 can fat free beef broth
- 1 can healthy request cream of chicken soup
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 5 ounces chicken cooked (canned or fresh)
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce (A1 or Heinz 57)
- 7 ounces diced green chilies
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 corn tortillas cut up
- 13 ounces velveeta lite grated
Instructions
- In a dutch oven, saute onions and garlic until soft.
- Add chicken broth, beef broth, cream of chicken soup, rotel tomatoes, water, chicken, steak sauce, chilies, chili powder, cumin, worcestershire sauce and pepper.
- Simmer for 1 hour.
- Turn off heat and add cut corn tortilla and grated cheese.
- Stir until cheese is melted.
- Let sit a little to marinate.
- 8 1 cup servings at 4 points each.
