    Hearty Potato Chowder With Crab

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (24 ounce) bag frozen country style hash brown potatoes, thawed
    • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli, corn and red peppers, thawed
    • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
    • 2 cups fat free half and half or refrigerated fat free nondairy creamer
    • 1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated imitation crab meat chunks
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, if desired


    Instructions


    1. Heat potatoes, vegetables and broth to boiling in Dutch oven, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
    2. Per serving: cal 280, fat 2g, sat fat 0g, chol 25mg, sod 1440mg, carb 52g,fib 5g, prot 18g
