Hearty Potato Chowder With Crab

- 1 (24 ounce) bag frozen country style hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli, corn and red peppers, thawed
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 2 cups fat free half and half or refrigerated fat free nondairy creamer
- 1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated imitation crab meat chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, if desired
Instructions
- Heat potatoes, vegetables and broth to boiling in Dutch oven, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
