    List of Ingredients


    • 4 potatoes
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
    • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
    • 3 tablespoons flour
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn
    • 2 cups left over ham, diced
    • Parsley, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Peel and dice potatoes. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add onion and green pepper and cook until tender. Add potatoes, water and seasonings. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
    2. Make paste of flour and 1/3 cup water. Add to potato mixture. Add milk and cook until slightly thickened. Stir in undrained corn and diced ham. Heat through. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    3. Makes 6 servings
