List of Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can chili beans
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 pound Mexican Velveeta
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onions; drain. Add rest of ingredients except cheese. Simmer 10 minutes or so, then add velveeta and stir until cheese is melted.
