    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
    • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles
    • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can chili beans
    • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn
    • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    • 1/2 pound Mexican Velveeta


    Instructions


    1. Brown ground beef and onions; drain. Add rest of ingredients except cheese. Simmer 10 minutes or so, then add velveeta and stir until cheese is melted.
