    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 green pepper, chopped
    • 2 medium potatoes, chunked
    • 2 (15 ounce) cans chili beans
    • 1 (12 ounce) can corn
    • 1 quart water
    • Salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder and parsley to taste
    • 1 (15 to 16 ounce) can tamales, wrappers removed, cut into 1/4's or 1/5's


    Instructions


    1. Brown and drain ground beef. Add and stir until tender, onion, green pepper, potatoes. Stir in chili beans, corn (do not drain) and water. Season to taste. Simmer until tender (about 30 minutes). Stir in tamale pieces gently, and simmer until all heated through.
