- 2 pounds frozen vegetables (I like the California Medley)
- 3 cans fat free chicken broth
- 1 can tomatoes, with spices, if desired
- 10 ounces light velveeta, cubed
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except Velveeta in a pot. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the Velveeta and heat until melted.
- 10 one cup servings at 1 point each.
