2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin

Preheat oven to 450°.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden.
