- 2 pounds red potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 (8 ounce) container of sour cream
- 1 envelope Liptons French Onion soup mix
- Butter
- Milk
- Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 pound bacon, chopped
Instructions
- Mix potatoes, sour cream, soup mix, milk and butter until creamy and fluffy and to your taste...probably needs some cracked black pepper and a pinch of salt.
- Bottom layer is potatoes. Top with cheese and top with crumbled bacon. Bake for 20 minutes until crsuty on sides and bubbly.
