- 4 potatoes, cut in wedges
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Cut potatoes in wedges and moisten with water.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a ziploc bag and shake to mix.
- Add potatoes and shake until evenly covered.
- Spread in a single layer on baking sheet and bake at 350 until done, about 20 minutes.
