Mushroom Potatoes

List of Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup skim milk
1 large onion
4 medium potatoes, diced and cooked
Recipe
Dice and cook potatoes until tender; drain.
In bowl combine soup, milk and onion.
Stir in potatoes.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
