Pinto Bean And Cheese Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed
- 1 (16 ounce) jar mild salsa
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 (9 ounce) package corn chips, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease a 13x9" baking dish.
- Combine pinto beans, corn, salsa, tomato sauce, green chiles and hot sauce in a maedium bowl.
- Sprinkle crushed corn chips into prepared baking dish.
- Pour bean mixture over corn chips.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
