- 4 tablespoons Molly McButter Butter Flavored Sprinkles
- 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Onion And Herb Seasoning Blend
- 2 1/2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup converted long grain white rice
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except peas in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
- Add peas.
- Cook and additional 5 to 6 minutes, covered, or until liquid is absorbed.
- Variations: Stir in chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese or chopped red bell pepper.
- Makes 6 servings at 3 points each.
