    • 4 tablespoons Molly McButter Butter Flavored Sprinkles
    • 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Onion And Herb Seasoning Blend
    • 2 1/2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
    • 1 cup converted long grain white rice
    • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients except peas in a saucepan.
    2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
    3. Add peas.
    4. Cook and additional 5 to 6 minutes, covered, or until liquid is absorbed.
    5. Variations: Stir in chopped fresh parsley before serving.
      Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese or chopped red bell pepper.
    6. Makes 6 servings at 3 points each.
