    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (16 to 17 ounce) cans cream style corn
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
    • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
    • 6 tablespoons salad oil
    • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
    • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Mix together all ingredients except chiles and cheese.
    2. Divide misture in half.
    3. Place one half in a greased 8x8" baking dish.
    4. Combine the chiles and cheese; lay on top of corn mixture in dish.
    5. Cover with remaining corn mixture.
    6. Bake at 350 degress for 35 minutes.
