    Sausage With Pasta And Sweet Peppers

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8 ounce) package bow tie pasta
    • 3/4 pound sausage links
    • 1 chopped medium red sweet bell pepper
    • 1 chopped medium green sweet bell pepper
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon dried parsley


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta aldente to package directions. Drain and keep warm. Cut the sausage into 1 inch pieces. In a large skillet, cook sausage, bell peppers and onion over medium high heat until sausage is brown. Drain. Add the broth, ground pepper and parsley to skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour over pasta. Stir gently to coat.
    2. Yield: 4 servings
