Grilled T Bone Steaks

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon montreal steak seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 beef T bone steaks (1 inch thick)
Instructions
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add steaks; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
- Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat for 8 to 12 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium rare, a meat thermometer should read 145; medium 160; well done 170 degrees).
