    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 tablespoon montreal steak seasoning
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 4 beef T bone steaks (1 inch thick)


    Instructions


    1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add steaks; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
    2. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat for 8 to 12 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium rare, a meat thermometer should read 145; medium 160; well done 170 degrees).
    3. Yield: 4 servings
