Tomatoes: Baked Tomato Zucchini Casserole

- 4 medium zucchini squash
- 6 medium tomatoes
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Cut ends off zucchini; do not peel. Slice in 1/4 inch slices. Peel tomatoes; cut up. Combine with zucchini, onion, salt. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
