Cauliflower: Cauliflower Cheese Bake

- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 can healthy request cream of celery soup
- 1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons dehydrated onions
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- Cook cauliflower according to package directions until tender; drain well. Arrange cauliflower in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Combine soup, cheese, carrots, onion, milk, basil anda dash of pepper. Pour over cooked cauliflower. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 24 hours.
- Before serving, bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden.
- Make 6 (1/2 cup) servings at 85 calories each.
