Carrots: Honeyed Carrots

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups sliced carrots
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 4 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cover and cook over a low heat for 30 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally. Leftovers may be frozen.
