Potatoes: Onion Roasted Potatoes

• 1 package Lipton dry onion soup mix
  
• 1/3 cup oil
  
• 7 potatoes
  






Instructions



1. Peel and cut potatoes into bite size chunks. Wash and drain. In a large ziplock bag, put potatoes, 1/3 cup oil and the dry onion soup mix. Close bag and shake.
   
   
2. Spray nonstick spray in an aluminum pan and pour contents of ziplock bag into pan. Spread the potatoes out evenly in pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 40 minutes.
