    • 1/2 cup sifted flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup mashed potatoes
    • 1 slightly beaten egg
    • 1 teaspoon parsley


    Instructions


    1. Combine dry ingredients. Add potatoes, egg and parsley. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil.
