Yellow Squash: Scalloped Squash And Cheese

- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 cups cooked squash, drained
- 3/4 cup herb sturffing mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Cheese Topping:
- 1/2 cup herb stuffing, finely crushed
- 2 tablespoons melted margarine
- Cheese
Instructions
- Mix milk and soup. Add egg and mix well. Add squash, onion, and stuffing mix. Toss lightly. Turn into greased casserole dish. Add cheese topping. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
