- 2 cups fresh snow peas
- Water to cover
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a saucepan cook the snow peas in salted water to cover for 20 minutes or until tender. Add the drained mushrooms. Mix well. Heat through. Remove from heat and drain. Pour into a warmed serving dish. Pour the melted butter over the top of the peas.
