Vegetable Medley: Vegetable Medley Casserole

- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrots, thawed and drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can durkee french fried onions
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Steam vegetables for just a few minutes.
- Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and half can onions. Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining onions and cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
