• Deer Roast
  
• 4 cups water
  
• 1 package beef stew mix
  
• 2 packages brown gravy mix
  
• 1 onion diced
  
• 4 to 5 potatoes cut up
  
• 1 package peeled baby carrots
  
• salt and pepper
  






Instructions



1. Marinate deer roast in 1 bottle of italian dressing overnight.
   
2. Pour off most of the dressing but leave some.
   
3. Place roast in crockpot.
   
4. Combine 4 cups water, beef stew mix and brown gravy mix, onion, salt and pepper.
   
5. Pour over roast.
   
6. Add potatoes and carrots and add more water to cover roast.
   
7. Cook on low all day until ready.
