Roast Venison

4 pounds venison roast
2 Tablespoons flour
4 cloves garlic, 2 minced and 2 cut into quarters
1 large onion, sliced
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard (substitute 1/4 tsp dry mustard)
1/4 cup vinegar, or lemon juice
1 can tomatoes (16 oz)Recipe
Using a skewer or small sharp knife make 8 holes in the roast and insert a piece of garlic deep into each. Marinade venison overnight. Remove from marinade and season with salt. Roll in flour and brown all over in a hot skillet. Place into crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
