Recipe Introduction

My family loves Marie Calendars Blueberry Cream Pie. After searching over hundreds of websites and recipe books but not finding anything comparable, I decided to come up with my own! My family loves it!

List of Ingredients

Beat until smooth:
1 cup sour cream
2 T flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 t vanilla
1/4 t salt
1 egg, beaten.

In unbaked pie crust pour 1 can blueberries. Pour filling mixture on top and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool
pie.

Mix together:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 t vanilla




Recipe

Smooth over pie and chill 1 hour. Serve with spray whipped cream as garnish around top.
