    This is great when you're out of eggs!

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups sugar
    3 cups flour
    2 tsp soda
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 cup oil
    2 Tbsp vinegar
    6 Tbsp cocoa
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cups water

    Recipe



    Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Pour in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 250 degrees.

    Variation:
    2 cups brown sugar instead of white, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp allspice, nuts and raisins.
