This is an important part of our family Christmas Eve dinner!

List of Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen shredded potatoes
1 pint sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken/mushroom soup (one can works too)
1 cube butter
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs (canned or fresh-made in blender), combined with 1/2 cube melted butter for topping
