List of Ingredients
1 whole cooked 1 1/2 lb lobster, split in half, cleaned
1 1/2 lbs cooked crab meat
1/2 c mayonaise
1/2 c kewpie brand Japanese mayonaise (sold in Asian specialty stores)
1 t soy sauce
1 t chopped garlic
1/2 t Sriracha chili sauce (also in Asian...)
1/2 t masago (smelt eggs, available in fish markets - optional)
Recipe
1. Remove lobster meat from shells (don't throw out shells). Cut meat into 1/2" pieces. Place in bowl w/crab meat.
2. Mix together remaining ingredients for Dynamite Sauce.
3. Gently fold one cup Dynamite mixture into lobster mixture.
4. Spoon even amounts of mixture into lobster shells. Wrap each half in tin foil, creating a bag (tin shouldn't touch meat).
5. Place lobster into oven on rack at 400 degrees - cook 10-15 minutes.
6. Remove lobsters and turn oven to broil. Open foil to expose meat portion but keep shell covered. Place under broiler for 1 to 2 minutes until brown.
